Return Policy

You may return new/original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

For items to be processed for return, items must be new and in an unworn condition or state, as well as being in their original packaging. Items will not be returned if they are the following:

Signs of use or sign of being worn
Signs of wear and tear
Signs or scent of deodorant or fragrances
Animal hairs

If items are sent back for returns with any of the above signs they will be REJECTED.

We cannot make refunds on sale items. Sales items can be exchanged or have store credit issued.

For any items that are sent back to be exchanged we will cover the cost of shipping them back to you, this can only be done once. If items are to be exchanged twice you will incur handling and shipping fee.

We recommend you send returns via tracked and insured delivery service. ShopShirts.ca will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
